Marilyn Manson To Wed

Marilyn Manson is set to wed fiancée Dita Von Teese this spring.


The controversial rocker, who proposed to the former stripper last year, will exchange vows in a ceremony this April, his spokesperson has confirmed.


A friend of the couple said: "It should be an extreme wedding. The groom could be wearing more make-up than the bride!"


It was recently revealed that the bride's dress will be designed by British fashion legend Vivienne Westwood.


Dita said: "I'm incredibly excited. It won't be a truly traditional ceremony, but it won't be anything freaky or satanic either."


Manson - real name Brian Warner - previously said he wanted the ceremony to be as romantic as possible.


The rocker criticised Britney Spears' wedding to Kevin Federline - in which they celebrated their big day by wearing personalised tracksuits - and insisted he would never do something like that.


He said at the time: "Marriage should have a sense of celebration to it. It should be grand and not in tracksuits!"
